Every episode, Dr. Simon Fox (a specialist in LGBTQ+ healthy aging) talks with experts about the topic of the week, seeking answers, employing critical thinking, and providing food for thought regarding our health and well-being.
This episode is an introduction to Series 2, outlining the content for the coming weeks. Simon explains the theme of Series 2: Where did the factors influencing our health begin and what is happening now? Series 2 dives deeper than ever before, unpacking complicated subjects and employing critical thought to the health matters influencing all of our lives.
